Strategic brand-led graphic design
Warm is a three year old brand-led graphic design and
digital media company based in the north east of England.
We generally work from the 'brand' down. Your brand is like the foundations of a building, if the foundations are a little iffy, then anything that's built on or around them will be undermined. We work to organise and distil our clients' brands and core messages to enable us to work from a starting point with strategic aims and a position of absolute clarity. From this point we produce any branded communication activity (graphic design), it may be a CMS-based website, a brochure, a creative campaign, a new sub-branded service or product identity – you get the idea. Infact, if it's an idea you need, you've come to the right place!
The name 'Warm' embodies ourselves, our company and our approach to business (and everyday life). We respect and work hard for our clients. We have firm principles (and a particularly robust environmental policy). We don't possess the dreaded 'creative egos' that all too often crop up in our industry - no strops here thank you very much – and we can demonstrate solid return on investment.
If it's 'a bad fit', we'll politely decline a project and will be able to point you in the direction of a design company more suited to the task in hand, if its a good fit – which usually means that we have shared values, some common ground in our thinking, that you 'get us' and we 'get you' – then we'll quickly become one of the most valued, trusted, straight-talking, hard-working and productive professional partners you'll ever have. We have indepth experience across sectors, specialising in great ideas that make business sense. Our client list spans all sizes and kinds of organisations, from biggies such as The Walt Disney Co. and Channel 4 and universities to galleries, organisations and dozens of smaller businesses of all shapes and sizes; from one person start-ups, up.
Our continued success (2008 saw a 95% growth in design fees, and the dreaded recession-riddled year that was 2009 saw a non too shabby further growth of 65%) seems to be based on our ability to deliver 'big agency' creative thinking for real world budgets. We're not the cheapest, but we're continually told that the standard of our creative output represents exceptional value – in a increasingly challenging marketplace, it's this balance that is helping Warm to thrive.
